Network Rules

These rules are to be followed on the Network at all moments in time, any rules broken will result in the player receiving a punishment depending on the severity of the rule broken. Management reserve the right to add, alter or remove rules when necessary and discretion on punishments issued.

[Blacklist/Global]

• Threats to DDoS, Dox, Hack or Blackmail a member of the community is prohibited
• Sending or threatening to send links to a virus, IP Collector or other malicious material is prohibited
• Evading any form of punishment (inc. mute, ban or blacklist) may result in a longer and higher type of punishment being issued with a blacklist being permitted if necessary.

[1.0 - Discord/Chat Rules]

[1.01] Jokes or Statements (text/image) regarding Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Gender or Disability is prohibited
[1.02] No spamming, harassing or being excessively toxic towards another member of the community
[1.03] No disrespecting other communities or attempting to start drama between them.
[1.04] No impersonating another member, staff or famous person.
[1.05] No sending any form of pornography, gore, or abusive material on any platform
[1.06] No advertising any other discord server, game server or service on any platform.
[1.07] No mass pinging staff.

[2.0 - Donation Rules]

[2.01] Donations are appreciated however they do not exempt you from rules.
[2.02] All purchases/donations are considered final, no refunds will be provided unless approved by Ownership.
[2.03] Accepting a 'gift' is your own responsibility; should a chargeback occur, you have to bear consequences.
[2.04] Donator perks may be revoked anytime, should excessive violations take place, this may be in the form of revoking ranks or punishing the user.

[3.0 - Ingame Rules]

[3.01] The use of mods, hacks, macros or exploits to provide an unfair advantage (Xray, flight hacks, etc) are prohibited.
[3.02] Exploiting any game mechanics to dupe or otherwise give yourself an unfair advantage is prohibited.
[3.03] Advertising by promoting another server, discord or channel not related to HydraMC is prohibited.
[3.04] Impersonating a member, staff or media personality is prohibited.
[3.05] Any form of transaction resulting in real-world currency being traded is prohibited
[3.06] Automated methods that allow the user to farm without being present are not allowed. (AFKing on spawners or farms is permitted so far as no actions are done whilst AFK)
[3.07] Any form of lag-causing builds (including: redstone contraptions, water flooding, cobble monstering, etc) will result in its removal and a punishment for the user(s) involved.
[3.08] Scamming is prohibited, any deals with the mutual acceptance will be considered a valid 'trade'.

Note: Punishments may vary; it is solely in the discretion of Management regarding duration and severity of punishments. Repeat offenders will face harsher punishments.
